Living up to the meticulous standards set for the Alesis Strata line, the Strata Core offers drummers outstanding playability, exceptional sound quality, and durable curved steel rack construction with a compact footprint. Every detail of the Alesis Strata Core has been designed to deliver a responsive and natural experience for intermediate and experienced drummers. The all-mesh Strata drumheads have adjustable tension, the 360-degree ARC cymbals are free to move and respond like acoustic cymbals would, and the Active Magnetic hi-hat ensures crisp precision and accuracy.
Key Features
Drums – Dual-zone mesh pads including 8”/8”/10” toms, 8” kick, and an advanced dual-zone snare with rim shot and click detection. Anti-hotspot sensor design ensures consistent feel and accuracy.
ARC Cymbals – Triple-zone 360° responsive cymbals (14” ride, two 12” crashes) with bell, bow, and edge triggering. Dual-edge sensors and natural swing on standard mounts.
Hi-Hat – 12” triple-zone Active Magnetic hi-hat with contactless magnetic position sensing for unmatched accuracy and dynamic response. Mounts to standard hi-hat stands.
Hardware – Curved steel rack for flexible setups. Compatible with single/double kick pedals and standard acoustic cymbal stands for a personalized layout.
Drum Module – 7” touchscreen, multi-core processor running the BFD engine with 25GB+ of sounds, 75 kits, 370+ kit pieces, and 144,000+ samples. Features include mic mixing, articulation layering, Bluetooth 5.0, MIDI, and USB support.
Sound Library – Includes four high-end BFD libraries with professional-grade sampling and deep customization for expressive, studio-quality sound.
